1. Turn On
Press ON/OFF until the display turns on.
2. Select Burner & Power
Tap the burner (+) and use +/– to adjust heat level.
3. Timer
Press the timer key and adjust with (+) and (–). The burner turns off automatically when it reaches zero.
4. Key Lock
Press and hold the key symbol to lock the control panel. Repeat to deactivate.

1. Fill the water tank
Open the top lid and pour up to 350 ml (12 oz) of cold water. Do not exceed 350 ml.
2. Add ground coffee
Place ground coffee in the permanent filter (1–2 tablespoons).
3. Place your cup
Place a 350 ml (12 oz) cup under the filter.
4. Start brewing
Press the START button. The light will turn on and the coffee will start brewing.
5. Wait and enjoy
Once the light turns off, the cycle is complete. Let cool 1 minute between brew cycles.
TipAdd only the amount of water needed. The machine does not store extra water and may overflow if overfilled.
Water Heater
The instant water heater is inside the door where cleaning supplies are stored. It heats water instantly as it flows through the device. It does not store hot water.
1.Make sure the unit is turned on by pressing the power button on the front panel.
2.Turn on any hot water faucet.
3.The unit detects water flow and starts heating automatically.
TemperatureTurn the dial to adjust between 27°C and 60°C. Recommended: 40°C–46°C. To switch between °C and °F, press and hold the main button for 5 seconds.

Pet Policy
Only dogs are allowed as pets. Maximum one dog per apartment up to 20 kg.
Rates: Up to 5 kg: 150 MXN per night. From 6 kg to 20 kg: 300 MXN per night. Payment will be made at reception at check-in.
Deposit: In both cases, a cash deposit of 1,500 MXN is required.
Vaccination card and/or health certificate must be shown at check-in.
Pet kit: Includes a roll of bags, a toy, and a packet of food.
Should you require veterinary assistance, nanny or walker, please contact reception.
Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment.
When housekeeping or maintenance staff enter the apartment, pets must stay outside.
Outside the apartment, pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
Pets are not allowed in common areas (restaurants, bars, lounges, pool, or gym).
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
If the pet creates disturbances, the owner will be responsible for finding alternative accommodation for it.
At check-out, the apartment will be inspected. Any damage will be charged according to assessment.
The property is not responsible for pets staying in.
